Chateau Montus Madiran Blanc

Within the Montus vineyards, lies a little plot of Petit Corbu vines which is used to produce Château Montus Blanc. Matured on its fine lees, in 600l demi-duids for 8 to 12 months, it has an attractive bright amber colour, the first scents on the nose are of minerals and noble oak, followed by green apple, orange, toast, green olives and smoke. Big, full-bodied on the palate and full-on flavour, it shows nevertheless finesse and elegance with mineral notes followed by good acidity and balance.
